Andrew Slawson studied Quantity Surveying at Portsmouth Polytechnic, Liverpool Polytechnic and Reading University. He completed an MBA at Derby University between 1994-1997, a Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration through the College of Estate Management at Reading University between 2002-2004, where he returned in 2005 - 2006 to complete a Post Graduate Certificate in Construction Adjudication. He was elected a Fellow of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators in 2006.
With in excess of 30 years hands on commercial and operational experience of the construction industry both at home and abroad, he has sat on both institute and government advisory panels.
Barry Miller - Operations Manager
ASAP Building & Compliance Solutions Limited is operationally managed by Barry Miller who has twenty five years experience in the construction industry of which the last sixteen directly relate to Health and Safety. An experienced CDM Planning Supervisor, he is qualified as an Asbestos Surveyor and Manager under the BIOH P402 & P405 certifications. In addition he has completed formal training in Fire Risk Assessment.

Paul Winstanley has in excess of twenty five years 'hands on' experience in the construction industry. A well qualified and accomplished engineer he has more recently specialised in the delivery of energy related services.
Working with the client, the Carbon Trust and other government / industry bodies, he has a developmental, investigative approach to finding solutions and ways to improve energy management. ASAP are delighted he has joined the 'team' to grow and cultivate this division of the company.
This knowledge and these skills are both reinforced and supported by key staff members who provide the foundation for the wide range of services provided by ASAP. Staff are supplemented, on major undertakings, either by known agency and support staff or on a joint venture basis.
